Depending on the style and layout of your home, we will construct either single- or double-storey additions. As some extensions are allowed under permitted development, no planning permission will be required. This is not the case for every style but, as part of our process, we will advise you accordingly.

As space may be limited in urban areas, we suggest roof lights to brighten the interior vertically with a picture window at the rear. Once side-return property extensions measure no more than half the width of your original property, they won’t require planning permission.
