"We hired Stefan to build a small extension to the existing kitchen/dining room and also reconfigure the old space which included a shower room and utility. He said the project would take him and his team 3 months and near enough to the day it has taken just over that time to complete. It is all the more impressive given certain enforced changes to the project and some additional works we requested as well which they all took in their stride with the minimum of fuss. His team turned up early every day and left late, often working 6 days a week to keep the project on track.
Stefan always made himself available for any questions we had, was very patient, respectful and also made recommendations around certain aspects of the design from both a practical and aesthetic perspective which in most cases we adopted and are very appreciative now that we did. I think it's fair to say we are demanding people with exacting standards and while we didn't make his life easy, Stefan and his team came through and have delivered a fantastic result.
We are really happy with what he has done and I have already recommended him to friends in the area."

"Stefan and Builder Sky were employed by me from February 2017 until the project came to a conclusion on Saturday the 7th of October. Prior to the project starting I had interviewed 5 or 6 other builders, talking to them at length and visiting their various completed works, as well as talking to those that had employed them. The job I was offering to builders was a total renovation, a virtual rebuild and remodelling of an old and quite ugly 1920’s house here in New Malden, so quite an extensive job. Stefan was prompt and friendly when Myself and my wife first met him, and he spoke knowledgably about the property and the building job facing him. After visiting some of his other projects and talking to the owners, Stefan quickly became our favourite of those we interviewed and offered the job to him and Builder Sky.
I can now honestly and whole heartedly recommend Stefan and his team and would welcome anyone to call me and even visit me at the above address to see the quality of his work up close. (The house is going on the market soon so hurry!) He and his team have worked relentlessly, being here 6 days a week, EVERY week, and completing the job within the time scale he had initially set out. The local district surveyor even commented on the level of ‘perfection and attention to detail’ that Builder Sky seemed to be working at, unusual in this day and age! I have no complaints whatsoever about Stefan and Builder Sky and, in fact, will be using him and his team again for our next project hopefully in the new year."
